The choice to enroll your child(ren) into a new school is not an easy one, and we thank you for choosing to enroll in L. Hollingworth School for Talented & Gifted.

After you have downloaded our Registration Application, please download and print our Parent Questionnaire forms as well. Our Parent Questionnaire compliments our Registration Application and allows us to get to know our students and their families.
