Week of 4/27/20

Hi LHS,

I hope that you all are doing well and staying healthy! I want to thank each family that I get to work with for being so engaged in your learning and for signing up and participating in zoom conferences each week. It has been wonderful seeing your faces each time that we log on! I wish that it could be in person, but I am just happy that we can chat and work together each week!

This week we will continue to have our zoom conferences with our regular schedule. Continue to use the zoom code and password that you have used the last few weeks. If you need anything or are having a hard time logging in, please let me know. You each have my number or you can message me through remind or email. Each week I will start off by posting a vooks.com read aloud. I hope that you enjoy!
This weeks book is called Lemonade in Winter.

I will also be adding additional resources to my eLearning page this week for each reading level! Be on the look out for those as the week goes on!

I hope you know that you are missed!

Spring Break

Hi LHS Families,

I want to reach out and give a reminder that this week, April 6- April 10 is our spring break! With that being said I will not be posting new materials or having zoom conferences this week to allow your family and myself some much needed down time. I will be reaching out at the end of this week to send codes for conferences next week with reminders of times. My learning resources are still up and available if you are wanted to work on anything. Please do not feel obligated to do so this week.

If you need anything feel free to reach out to me via email at ecarpenter@lhstg.com

Enjoy your break!

Hi LHS Families!

First I just want to thank you all for being so flexible with setting conference meetings for this upcoming week. Zoom codes and directions will be sent out to you Sunday afternoon with a reminder of your child's conference date and time. If you are having problems getting setup please reach out to me.
