About Mr. Fial

Hi everyone! I wanted to first thank you all for visiting my page and mention that I look forward to working with each of you this school year! It is a privilege be a part of L Hollingworth School for the Talented and Gifted because of this opportunity to teach with a fantastic staff and student body.

As one of your Teachers at your school, it would be right to introduce myself to all of you. My name is Mr. Fial and I am originally from Sandusky, Ohio, which is where Cedar Point is located - America’s Rockin’ Roller Coast! I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Math, Science, and Reading Education from Bowling Green State University where I also served as a University Campus Tour Guide. With teaching experience in several school settings, with varying age groups, and coaching multiple sports, I am thrilled to share my experiences and teachings with all of you!

Here at L Hollingworth, I serve as the Special’s Teacher (Art/Prosocial Skills Development Teacher) for Grades 4-8, as well as the Kindergarten through 8th Grade Building Substitute Teacher. In your Special’s Class (Art/Prosocial Skills Development), our goal and focus for the 4th quarter is to strengthen your everyday skills in team-building and positive interaction among friends, family, and others to improve your social and emotional well-being. As your Teacher, I look forward to growing with you and watching your progress along our journey this final quarter!
