Mr. Gregory Radwan serves as the Dean of Student Success and Athletic Director. Gregory has been with the school for 5 years, serving as a 2nd-grade teacher, 1st-grade teacher, and Dean of School Climate for three years.  During his time, Mr. Radwan has initiated positive behavior intervention and supports (PBIS), been a certified non-violent crisis intervention instructor through CPI for four years, and participated on the School Improvement Team for four years. 


Mr. Radwan's leadership experience began in college at Gannon University, where he was a three-year team captain for the Golden Knight baseball team. Gregory was named a conference scholar-athlete every year at Gannon, being named an ESPN Academic All-American his senior year. He has continued his love of athletics as the Director of Athletics at L. Hollingworth. In his time, he has initiated hosting conference games and championship tournaments, supervised the installation of the new gym floor, and held fundraising events to support the athletic program.


Gregory holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago with a concentration in social/emotional learning, and a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from Gannon University in grades K-5.  He holds Principals' licenses in both Ohio and Michigan. Mr Radwan and his wife Lauren, also a teacher, have two children, Kerrigan and Gannon.
