Hello everyone! We created this video to overview some technology communication expectations for this school year. -Ask for one on one conversation during homeroom or office hours -Guaranteed message response from teachers 7:30 am-3:30 pm. You are free to email any time. -Emails are for academic questions and concerns only. -Please be sure to type full email in body section instead of the subject area. -Please be sure to join all 7 Google Classrooms for your school year. We encourage any and all emails with questions and concerns. All of your teachers are here to help!

everybody this is mrs. Clay's with the rest of the middle school team and we just have a few things that we wanted to talk to you about about how to be responsible with technology and your resources while we are remote learning the first thing we wanted to talk to you about how to talk teacher one-on-one now we all understand we all have bad days and sometimes you just need somebody to talk to we wanted you to know that we are still here for you even though you are not in the school building said we can't just do it whenever during the day we are teaching so if you do need to talk to somebody or you need or you just want some help one on one please be sure that you are asking during homeroom or during our office hours that way we can how do I time and figure that out for you this being said let's say you are in mrs. Whitehead home room and you need help with social studies you can just say hey mrs. Whitehead I need to schedule a time with his place and she will go ahead and send me that message now before I send you over to Pollock real quick reminder make sure that you sign up for your social studies Google classroom and also your gym Google classroom for the school year here since the public hey guys just letting you know if you are going to email us at any time during the day feel free just realized we as your teachers we have lives outside of school as well so we may not email you back after the hours of 7:30 to 3:30 but during that time you can expect a response from us also remember sign up for science Google Classroom as well your CPR here's mr. Hello when you are sending us these emails make sure they stay professional and appropriate they should be for academic purposes while we're talking with you guys in any Zima we will be going over some different email Attica and how you should be sending these e-mails in the first few days back but also make sure that you sign up for your English classroom as well as your SEL classes and now off to mrs. Whitehead hey there guys just a sneak peek of some email etiquette is when you are emailing us make sure the body is for everything you want to say in the subject is short and sweet and just give us a small idea of what it is make sure you for your math Google Classroom remind and Class Dojo and then just know that you can email us with any questions you have
