Together we can make this a Great and Safe Year!

L. Hollingworth School Students and Parents Handbook is intended to provide you with information about LHS policies and guidelines. LHS reserves the right to alter, amend, modify, change, or terminate any of the policies or guidelines described herein at any time, with or without advance notice to students and parents. Should any information in this LHS Student Handbook conflict with any other policy document or with any plan document, the other policy document or guideline will take precedence over any information printed in this LHS Student Handbook. Consult with the LHS staff regarding questions not answered in the Student Handbook. Please indicate your understanding of and intent to comply with LHS rules and policies by electronically signing this acknowledgment form online.

Also, in accordance with the Children's Internet Protection Act ("CIPA"), L. Hollingworth School has placed a filter on its Internet access as one step to help protect its users from intentionally or unintentionally viewing inappropriate material. The School blocks the categories that are determined to be potentially inappropriate. However, families must be aware that some material accessible via the Internet contains illegal, defamatory, inaccurate, or potentially offensive language and/or images. While the goal of the school is to use Internet resources to achieve educational goals, there is always a risk of students accessing other materials. Parents should be aware of these risks. My electronic signature attests that I have read the above LHS Student Handbook and Internet Acceptable Use Policy, and I agree to abide by it.
