Hello!
I am so excited to be at LHS this year as an Intervention Specialist. This will be my seventh year in the field of special education, but my very first year at LHS.
I graduated from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) in 2018 with a dual license in K-12 Special Education. Prior to LHS, I spent six years at another charter school in Toledo working with students in grades 3-6. Most recently, I completed my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from BGSU in December, 2024.
I love helping students learn in ways that work best for them. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and having a great year together.
I grew up in Elyria, OH. - about 30 minutes west of Cleveland. My parents own a farm that has been passed down and in business for 80+ years. They sell fresh produce such as corn, tomatoes, and other vegetables. I love being outdoors and helping out on my parents farm.
I have two dogs - a Border-Beagle by the name of Mocha and a Black Lab by the name of Davos. I have four siblings - two brothers & two sisters and come from a large extended family. In my spare time, I enjoy playing video games, reading, baking, lifting weights, taking my dogs for walks, and exploring the outdoors. It’s my goal to visit every National Park in the United States! I recently got engaged and spent a lot of my summer with my fiancé planning our wedding. I plan on getting married in May of 2026!
