As a charter public school, we are pleased to offer a tuition-free K - 8th educational choice. Enclosed you will find a student registration packet. This packet contains very important documents, including permission forms, special education placement forms, medication notification, and emergency procedure information. Completing the enclosed packet in its entirety will advance your child to the next stage of the enrollment process.

 

Please print and read these forms carefully, complete them thoroughly, and return this package to the school.
