Hi everybody! I wanted to take a minute to say hello and let you know that I am thinking about you. I miss you all so very much. I also want to congratulate you on the great job you're doing on Prodigy, and keeping up with your math skills. Also, I've gotten some contact from a lot of parents on passwords and things for Bookshelf and for the new Spelling City website. This makes me really happy that you guys are taking advantage of those things. It's important that we keep our brains sharp while we're gone, and keep the things that we learned fresh in our minds, and that we continue to build upon the skills that we've already learned. Then, when you guys get back you can show me all the the stuff that you've learned and how much you've grown since you've been gone. Please make sure that you're checking the website frequently. I keep adding new things everyday. There is a section that gives you some things to write about, so look for some topics to write about, but even if you don't want to write about those topics, please just make sure you're writing each day, even if it's just a journal entry telling me about your day how you're feeling, or some of the things that you've been working on. Anything to keep your writing skills fresh, Also, I plan to meet with you guys in a Zoom meeting so that we can see each other and chat . I miss your faces so much, and I miss talking with you.I got a new book that I would like to share with you and read with you during our Zoom meeting. I'm hoping to be able to do that on Monday. I will let your parents know and give them the login information. In the meantime please keep reading! I want you to read in the morning for a little while and at night, or any time that you get a spare second. I really don't want you to sit in front of a screen all day everyday and play video games, because your brains will turn to mush. Please make sure you're getting up and active. Remember, there's GoNoodle and you can activate that from your computer at home and practice the GoNoodle dances. Then you can come back to school and show off your cool dance skills. Make sure you're taking advantage of everything that's been available. There are really cool websites that are free now, while we're stuck at home. There are also lots of tutorials to show you how to draw and how to write, so please take advantage of the things that are available to you. Let's work on getting smarter and stronger, and then we can finish off the year strong! I cannot wait to see you all! I hope that you're all staying happy and healthy at home, and making smart choices. I love you, and I hope to talk to you on Monday. Bye
