After you have completed the "Intent to Enroll" online form, a member of our admissions team will contact you within 48 hours. 
 
Attention: Incoming Kindergarten - 3rd grade openings are limited, and enrollment is not guaranteed.

Submitting an interest form and/or a FinalForms enrollment application does not guarantee placement in our Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-Grade program. Availability is based on the number of openings. If you are interested in enrolling your child in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade at L. Hollingworth School, please contact the school office at 419-705-3411 for current availability and additional enrollment information.
