If you don't know how to access GetEpic, here is a tutorial showing you how to sign up (Free with my code) and access different books. It is a lengthy video, but I explain the different parts of the website if you don't know how it works.

all right if you are not aware of how to use get epic this is going to be your tutorial walk through this is how you do it video I hope that you're paying attention because there are a couple different I'm going to show you how to find different books so it'll be a few minutes please pay attention if you are all confused on how do you get epic thank you all right so when you type in getepic.com this is where I will take you so if you are one of my students this is where you need to click right here students into your class code Mico is d AR 73340 take me to seconds couple seconds alright so those up welcome Miss kunzler's class so these are all of my students that have already signed up if you see your name if you don't see your name don't care hit create profile all right I will make a profile just to show you how it works let's pick some name you know me I like to know if my sister so let's give my sister Bridget a profile and there you are so it should take you directly here badge smok out let's go back to get epic.com how to log on once you do have your name so drr 7334 he got type that every single time I guess it is our there so that works too discover that one recognize that code is that does not show up and just make sure you type in that code all right so then I come down I'll look there's Bridget so I will click on her is that is mine one that I'm using and so there we have it if you happen to accidentally select the wrong student hits with student profile and you can back in reselect your correct name all right I believe if you have you profile it will let you change what your little monster guy will look like everyone add your last name you can I appreciate it my computer when you add your name if you could do you like Bridget space what are the last name just so I can. Know who you are cuz there's a couple kids that I have the same first name so you pick your little guy update and then just to change okay so I have no Integrity yet so let's read some books I can hit explore and it'll come up with a bunch of different types of books that I can read it on new releases and it's you know what those are so if you want about creature campers going to take that one so Taylor series by Big Nate I know a lot of you love Big Nate Adventures peanuts for my generation Boxcar Children that's always a good series Goosebumps a lot of you love Goosebumps can I hear it tells you that it is audio as well so let's just go this version 2 curse of the mummy's Tomb if you are choosing to do an audiobook please read along with it if it lets you actually it looks like this is just audio stop music all right so those were just audio if you are a naughty books I'm okay with it but please do not just do audio I want you all right you can show up here shows audiobooks all the audio books that they have what's 25 such a lot of you like to go study books I've seen a lot of you read those Spirit Animals a lot of you love Spirit Animals include good books in here for those of you who love Comics which is like I think almost all of you you know me and my opinion Comics you need novels a comments on occasion is okay all right so let's I don't know what to do. We just show you how this works cat Ninja you can do a resume experience I will show you that in a second select my cursor so instead of having this normal person that you see the new movie in the middle of screen if you moved aside and lets you turn so then you can start reading and if you're struggling on a word you can click on it this word pronounced of gives you the abbreviation Ma abbreviation that was weird right maybe you're struggling are we going this way it actually pronounce it for you so there's a lot of good with these and I want you to see this all right so I am done reading this book I want to see just a couple more things real fast I'll look I got a cool little thing alright you can videos educational videos you all know how much I love that word educational how does a zipper work she is dinosaur drinking by doesn't need a whole title how to make a new house so there's some fun videos you can watch World's ugliest animal all right a genie suggestions once you start looking through books and will give you suggestions as to what it's going to think that you will enjoy I'm not done enough of it yet I am Hermes mythology all right if you are going to start looking at your topic books for our research project that will be will be starting in the next week or so fourth graders you are learning about ecosystems 5th graders you are learning about countries a simple way of doing this to search ecosystems hit enter or hit the search button and all of these different ecosystem books show up a lot of you seem to love the ocean so it's look at that real fast it gives who is table of contents life in the ocean extreme conditions once again it is show me how to pronounce these words I love that all right turn the page and I can start this book and I want you to read it do not forget we all of these little sections as well cuz that is part of the book it gives you more knowledge it just tell you how many pages you guys I do want you to the whole books if you start one don't destroy to call pages and let them know I'm bored I'm done all right if you know that you want your topic on I will be assigning at some point I've been Wetland Wetland ecosystem Everglades forever Wetland projects while I'm super well then animals are so many that showing up here and yes some of you will be doing all right 5th graders countries type it in and here are a bun different countries you can always at the show more button and look some of these do you say read to me you're struggling with reading this gives you that option of you like the country it does look we have so many books on Kenya and there's even more number Kenya is Down in Africa read to me it shows up there love you like there's even some fun stories it looks like so read those as well all right this is a video for it it shows you the read to me audio books there's two olive trees to you three to me is when you follow along and look there's some quizzes I know that was a long video and I apologize but I want to make sure that you know how to use the website and how navigate to the different parts of the website if you are so confused and it's not working please let me know and I will help you in any way possible if it means I need to add you myself until you add that's not working I will do that but please let me know thank you and happy reading
