Art - We've drawn a rooster, a hen, and now a chick needs to be added to your Science Journal.  Remember the story The Mitten by Jan Brett.  Here is a link where she teaches you about two of her own chickens and shows you how to draw a chick.  It is a bit more complicated, but as always just try your best and have fun.How to draw a chick with Jan Brett

 

Science -  Bring your Science Journal with your chicken drawings and a pencil and meet me in Zoom today.  You may choose one of the meeting times Zoom at 10 AM or Zoom at 1PM I will do the same thing at both meetings.  Can't wait to see you!

 

Reading -  Read the two stories I chose for you at Reading IQ The username is my email [email protected] and the password is read13.  I have your bookshelf set at your reading level.  This is a great digital source of books for you to read 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon.  Continue your individual Reading and Language work on MobyMax.  You're earning lots of points for our class in the contest and growing your brain!

 

Math - First Fact Fluency and Math on MobyMax then play Prodigy  Look for your friends and battle!  Good luck!

 

Next week is now our official Spring Break from school.  However, I had planned the incubation of our eggs prior to that change.  I do not want you to miss any of it.  So I will continue to post and possibly hold Zoom meetings for anyone who can attend.  Our MobyMax contest also runs next week.  Any work you do will continue to earn points for our class.  I also will choose books for you and put them on the top shelf of your Reading IQ bookshelf.
